| What are the business operating times? |
| We are available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, 365 days a year….yes that does include Christmas, New year and Australia Day 🙂 |
| Are you able to carry small children? |
| Yes, we have baby seats and boosters from 0 to 7 years old free of charge, please note number of children and ages when booking. |
| How much do you charge? |
| Each booking is priced competitively based on a door to door service and your individual requirements – we do not have a standard minimum fee. |
| Is alcohol allowed? |
| Yes, under West Australian legislation small vehicle charters under 13 seats allow the consumption of alcohol. |
| Do you allow food to be eaten in your vehicles? |
| Yes, providing anything that is brought on is later removed when leaving and the vehicle is clean at the end of the charter. |
| Do you cover all of Perth? |
| We cover from Cervantes to Margaret river and beyond, #please note outlying rural regions may incur a service change. |
| How do I make a booking? |

| How do I pay? |
| Cash, bank transfer or eftpos (**all cards are liable for 3% service charge**) |
| Do all drivers have a current police clearance? |
| Yes all our drivers have a current police clearance and also working with children certificate. |
| How many people can you carry? |
| We can carry 1 – 13 passengers in our small bus & 1 – 24 in our big bus…all carried safely with a full 3 point seat belt for every seat. |
| Can we hire a vehicle for more than one day? |
| Yes you can, we can tailor make a tour to your specific requirements. |
| Are there any additional costs when booking a tour or private charter? |
| No, the price quoted is the final price you pay. |
